Trish was born on July 24, 1947 in St. Francis, KS to Elmer and Darlyne(Leach) Beeson. She passed away at Cheyenne County Village on October 15, 2026 at the age of 79 years.

She graduated from Bird City Rural High School in 1965 and attended Kansas State University for 2 years. On August 7, 1965, she married her high school sweetheart, Lonnie Willis. They shared 61 years of marriage together. To this union was born daughters Marti in 1968 and Sandi in 1969. Trish worked at many occupations, but mostly as a paraprofessional in the school system.

Trish was an accomplished musician, having played for church services for 40 years, Her favorite hobby was sewing, with a well stocked sewing room. She made numerous dresses for the girls and bridesmaids.

She had a great passion for the ministry of the Gideons International Auxiliary. In this organization she held many leadership roles, including Kansas State president for 2 three year terms, and served as International Auxiliary Cabinet Representative for 3 years.

Trish thoroughly enjoyed traveling and camping with her family, having visited all 50 states, all the provinces of Canada, and 55 countries.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter Marti. She is survived by her husband Lonnie, daughter Sandi (Vincent) Willis Minter, son-in-law Adam Angst, grandson Sage Waltemath, grandson Kyler Angst, and granddaughter Janessa Waltemath.
