Linda Lee (Heald) O'Leary was born in Baltimore, Maryland, on January 19, 1948 to Dorris (Ritter).  (Dorris's husband at this time is unknown.)

Later, Dorris married Joe Heald (USN) and Linda and her older sister were adopted by Joe at a very young age.  Linda worked several years in Baltimore for the Navy before moving to Jacksonville, Florida, where she retired from the United States Navy Civil Service with 32 years. She is survived by her husband, Francis; brother-in-law, Lynn Todd of Ludowici, GA; half-brother, Johnny Heald (USAF, retired) and wife of Tampa, Florida.  Her mother, Dorris Heald; sister, Patricia Todd and adopted father Joe Heald preceded her in death.  Linda went to see her Father in heaven on June 17, 2026.
