Dolores Ethel (Gable) Raile passed away on September 15, 2024 at the Cheyenne County Village, St. Francis, Kansas. She was born June 2, 1933 in Wray, to Loren John Gable and Gertrude Florence Gable.  She married Calvin Raile June 10, 1951.

Dolores attended school in Wray, Colorado and moved to St. Francis after marriage, where she spent her entire life. She was a faithful member of the First

Christian Church and spent time as a Sunday School teacher and member of many of the church clubs. Her work history was varied, she farmed with her husband and in later years was an employee of Cheyenne County State Bank.

After retiring to the Cheyenne County Village she won several awards as a volunteer, and enjoyed the friends and staff there.

Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband Calvin, and her brother Dale Gable.

Dolores is survived by her daughter, Karla Dimitt (Shannon), Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and her son, Randall  (Shirley)  Raile, Goodland, Kansas.  Grandchildren, Megan Merrit (Rob) Cedar Rapids Iowa,Mallory DeVol (John) Denver Colorado,

Kyle Dimitt (Megan) Denver, Colorado and Andrew Raile Burlington, North Dakota. Great Grandchildren Michael and Ryan Merrit, and Henry and Madelyn DeVol; sister, Rhonda Russell, Lubbock, TX.
