Dale Lynn Hill was born September 9, 1942 to Merl M. Hill and Stella L. Todd Hill. He was ninth out of twelve children. He graduated with the class of 1960 and joined the Navy just before his 18 ^th birthday. He was placed in the Aviation Branch of the Navy. Dale received his basic training in San Diego, California. He was then sent to Jacksonville, Florida where he attended Aviation Electronic "A" School, then into various squadrons. His duty stations were San Diego, Jacksonville, Moffett Field CA, and Leemore, Nevada. He received an honorable discharge on his 21 ^st birthday.

After his tour in the Navy, Dale returned to St. Francis, Kansas where he worked locally at various jobs including the local grocery store for years under Chic Hixen.

He married Linda Raile and they were blessed with three beautiful daughters; Corrina, Melissa and Amy. This marriage terminated by divorce.

Dale later married Vicki Henderson and became stepfather to her son Jim Gaba. This marriage was ended by divorce.

Later, Dale married Bonnie Reichert and became stepfather to Bonnie's children. This marriage ended with Bonnie's death ten years ago.

Dale was alone, with the exception of visits, phone calls and texts from his daughters and other family members as well as friends. Dale and his brother Ron spent countless hours on the porch: "porchers solving" world and local issues.

Dale as an avid hunter, including bow and arrow, high-powered rifle, shotgun, you name it. Incidentally, that is a live rattlesnake he is holding in the picture.

He wrote many songs and poems and could sing dozens of songs all the way through, word for word. He loved country western and gospel music. Dale devoted much of his day to Bible reading and prayer to his precious Lord and Savior.

Dale is preceded in death by his parents Merl and Stella Hill; siblings Leland Neal (Betty), Ted Lee, Dolores Ann (Hill) Hall, Jerry Todd, Bill and Laddie Beau. He leaves to mourn daughters Corrina "Corky" Bellamy and family, Melissa Daniels and family, Amy Dunn and family, many nephews and nieces and their families, and also many friends.

Needless to say, he will be missed by all. Rest in peace, Dale!
